School Visits and Groups

Groups, both large and small, are welcome throughout the year under the guidance of the museum director or curators. Tours can be tailored to your wishes. There is no additional charge for guided tours, and admission is slightly lower for groups visiting during daytime hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.). Of course, groups are also welcome to visit the museum without a guide at any time during regular opening hours. Welcome!

Prices for Groups (10+ visitors)

Daytime (Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00)

  • General groups: ISK 1,400 per person
  • Senior groups: ISK 1,200 per person
  • School groups (primary & secondary): Free of charge

Outside daytime hours

  • General groups: Minimum fee ISK 20,000
  • Senior groups: Minimum fee ISK 10,000
  • Student groups: Minimum fee ISK 10,000
